How long do I have access to the course?

Is there a minimum age requirement to sign up for The Right Weigh?
Yes. We believe this program is suited best for adults age 18 years old or older. Always consult your physician before beginning any new program.
Will I need to count calories?
No. This program is so much more than calories in vs. calories out. We will be addressing topics such as metabolism, physical activity, and hormones that affect why we eat and overeat. All of these will give you the knowledge to help determine how much food you need in a day.
Do I have to eat pre-packaged meals?
No. We are a whole-foods based program. Some participants choose to use high quality protein shakes to supplement some of their meals for a brief time as they get accustomed to a new routine. We truly believe there is nothing more nourishing than whole, real, unprocessed foods.
What kinds of foods will I be eating?
Whole, real, unprocessed foods that fit your personal taste preference as well as a high quality protein supplement if you choose.
Can I eat at restaurants while participating in The Right Weigh For You program?
Yes. We are going to be teaching you the tools you need to be healthy in every avenue of life. Home, work, parties, and dining out at restaurants are an important part of life and should be accommodated.
Do I have to exercise to lose weight?
In the beginning of the program you might be changing many food related habits. It is ok to just focus on those first. Exercise plays a vital role in weight loss and weight maintenance and it will have to come in at some point but it is ok to be realistic and take it one step at a time.
What if I have previously had bariatric surgery, can I participate?
Yes. This program is flexible enough to fit most any lifestyle. As always, please check with your physician before beginning any new program.
What if I don't have a lot of weight to lose?
This program is designed to help you lead a healthier lifestyle, The information outlined in the program is applicable to individuals seeking help with healthy eating and will provide the tools necessary to be successful in achieving your personal goals.
